Many Ford and Lincoln Dealerships now accept credit card and PayPal orders online. You will see which payment types the Dealer accepts during the dealer selection process.
In the event that your selected dealership does not accept online payments, you can still order your accessories on line and then arrange a payment method with the Dealership directly.

2. Warranty Information
Lincoln Original Accessories
LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR LINCOLN ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES. Lincoln Original Accessories will be warranted for whichever provides you the greater benefit: 24 months/unlimited mileage or the remainder of your bumper-to-bumper 4-year/50,000-mile new-vehicle limited warranty.
Lincoln Licensed Accessories
Lincoln Licensed Accessories (LLA) are warranted by the accessory manufacturer’s warranty. Lincoln Licensed Accessories are designed and developed by the accessory manufacturer and have not been designed or tested to Lincoln Motor Company engineering requirements. Contact your Lincoln Dealer for details and/or a copy of all limited warranties.
3. Shipping & Delivery
There are three ways to get your accessory order as part of the purchase process:
Have It Shipped
If your accessories can be shipped (subject to weight & dimension restrictions), your dealership will ship your order to you from their stock or when your accessory arrives at the dealership (typically within 1-3 business days if the Dealer does not have your item in stock).
The following FedEx shipping options are available:
- FedEx Home Delivery®: 1-7 business days, based on distance to the destination
- FedEx Standard Overnight®: Next-business-day afternoon
The transit time begins once the package leaves your Dealership.
Note: Your dealer cannot ship to PO, FPO or APO boxes or international addresses other than those in Puerto Rico.
Pick It Up
Instead of having your accessory order shipped to you, you can pick the order up at your Dealer for no charge.
Have Dealer Install
Any accessory that requires dealer installation for warranty purposes will be shipped to the dealership.
Note that if any accessory in your order requires installation, the entire order will be shipped to the dealership.
Your dealer will accept returns or exchanges of most Ford Accessories purchased through this website if they are postmarked or received within 30 days of customer receipt. Electronics, wheels and custom-painted parts cannot be returned at any time for any reason. All returns and exchanges must be returned to your dealer in person or via shipping (at your cost) in the original box with all instructions and hardware, and in the condition it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%, which will be waived if the return or exchange is due to an error by your dealer.
